Freedom to Maneuver with Tyler Johnson

In this episode, we interview Tyler Johnson, the Founder of Redemption Church, a multi-congregational church with 10 locations across Arizona.

Tyler is also a co-founder of the Surge Network, a collaborative partnership of Christian congregations that prepare leaders to be God's people in prayer and presence at the places of the world's deepest needs. He also co-founded the Missional Training Center, a theological education project designed to form church leaders for the complexities of the 21st century and beyond.

In addition, Tyler founded The Human Element, a partnership that equips organizations to design around their most potent capital: human beings.

Tyler's leadership is guided by a philosophy of "trusting love," and he serves on the boards of multiple non-profits in Arizona. He has leadership experience in areas such as entrepreneurship, peace-making, organizational design, multi-faith dialogue, relational reconciliation, and urban movements. His insights from leading a multi-congregational church and his honesty about what works and what doesn't can provide valuable lessons for any business, particularly those scaling faster than ever thought possible.
