A resilient economy refers can withstand and recover from shocks, disruptions, and crises while simultaneously fostering the well-being and prosperity of individuals and communities. It combines the principles of resilience, sustainability, and human development to create a robust and adaptable economic framework.

An equitable economy ensures fairness, justice, and equal opportunities for all individuals and communities to thrive and reach their full potential. It is built on the principles of social justice and the promotion of well-being and flourishing for every member of society.

Presence
Presence is essential to drive empathy, creativity, and balance. We view it as essential to meaningful relationships and a necessary complement to great performance. Being present is listening and collaborating and it is foundational to the creation and support of humanized solutions.
Growth and Humility
We don't always know the answer and we strive to posture ourselves in a way that allows for learning, and experimentation. We view growth as the pursuit of more and better ways to serve others; and humility as the posture one should take in order to grow effectively.
Try New Things
We strive to think critically and never settle for the safest or most traditional approach. We take the path less traveled and recognize that sometimes the greatest joy is found through the struggle. We are willing to get a little mud on our boots. We may fail, but moving forward with the risk of failing is more valuable to us than standing still. We value courage as the quality necessary to push normal convention, and endurance as the quality to make the vision a reality.

We view creativity as an intrinsic value that everyone possesses. We view creativity as integral to human flourishing and, therefore, to our mission. We value creativity because creative is what we are meant to be
Storytelling
We view storytelling as a powerful way to spark change, pass on ideas, and build empathy. We view storytelling as critical amplifier of our work and the work of our partners, without which we cannot realize our mission. We believe our impact will reach only as far as the stories we tell.
Human Dignity
We value the dignity of all people and we work to develop solutions that are human-centered in their design. We make decisions and build programs and initiatives with a specific focus on the people it will affect because every decision we make is focused on cultivating the worth and honor of every person.
It’s Always About People
We believe that any real and lasting transformative change in the world will always require people; that at the heart of any company, community, market, or movement… is people. We can best multiply our impact through the people we develop because people are our greatest resource and the highest hope for the future.
