Since 2002, Invesco Asset Management, which was acquired by OFI Global1 in 2017, has focused exclusively on providing our clients with investment-grade fixed income portfolios that are customized, tax-efficient and cost-effective. Our investment approach is based on a collaborative team environment, rooted in fundamental and quantitative research, and focused on performing at the highest level.
Why
The General Impact Overlay, the fixed-income strategy that Access Ventures supports, is a broad-spectrum approach to impact investing where assets are allocated to any available investment opportunity with impact potential. This includes impact opportunities related to the environment, education, housing, healthcare, social improvement, energy efficiency and infrastructure improvements, among other options.
In support of this option, the elements evaluated are based on an approach that recognizes that any evaluation of an impact investment must begin from an awareness of the impact potential and limitations of the entity evaluated. The Invesco Impact Strategy acknowledges this through a methodology that assigns ESG and impact metrics to each category of issuers that are defined and delimited both by the potential and the limitations of the category.
